1、 全日制大学本科以上学历,身体健康,能承受较大的工作压力。
2、 有5年以上的货仓管理及物流操作经验。
3、 熟悉货仓运作流程,工作认真负责。
4、 电脑操作熟练,熟知ISO9000和5S,英语四级以上,听说流利。

Key Responsibilities
     Overlook the operations of the Contract Management Center and manage
      a team of 5 to 8 people.
     Implement KPI’s for the data entry teams and review those on a
      regular basis.
     Identify areas the contract management system requires improvement
      and formulate the same to his / her superior
     Cooperate if closely in the case of need with our BPM teams.
     Expand the usage of the Hellmann Contract Management System globally
      and ensure that the system meets the needs of the different country
      organization and the regional product management teams.
     Drive the system roll out to our global partners (agents)
     Maintaining a high accuracy of data quality within a rate upload of
      maximum 48 hours. The rate upload time has to be reduced within 9
      months to 36 hours and after 18 months to 24 hours.
     Providing regular user training of the Hellmann Contract Management
  Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
     University graduate in transportation, logistics or other related
     Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in freight forwarding with
      at least 2 years supervisory experience.
     Proven track records with trade and product knowledge in seafreight.
     Great team player, determined, highly motivated and self-driven
     Sound leadership, analytical and problem solving skills enforced with
      a strong understanding of business acumen
     Excellent in written, oral English and Putonghua
     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
